Hosting
Hosting fees are charged per domain or subdomain name.
All Hosting accounts come with:
- 50 email accounts included.
- 7G per month data traffic allowance.
- 100M disk space.
- the ability to self-manage email accounts and mailing
lists.
The resource quotas are in place to prevent abuses
of the services provided by minihub, so that quality of service can be
maintained for all minihub subscribers. Subscribers who require more resources
than that provided by the normal hosting accounts are encouraged to contact
minihub to discuss possible solutions.
minihub accounts are not for hosting service on-sellers; any on-selling
activity detected and confirmed will result in the on-seller's hosting
account being suspended or terminated.
minihub reserves the right to refuse or terminate hosting services where
website content is considered by minihub to be inappropriate for its network.
This may include pornographic, violent, offensive or political materials.
minihub will take action to recover costs incurred as a result of illicit
activity on its networks.
Where an accounted is terminated by minihub, subscriptions fees will be
refunded after costs are recouped.
Where an accounted is suspended by minihub as a result of subscriber behaviour
or website content or activity, subscriptions fees for the suspension
period will not be refunded.
minihub reserves the right to query and control accounts that it considers
to be operating outside of account quotas.
minihub email accounts can be purchased alone, without hosting services.

Managed and Unmanaged hosting accounts
Unmanaged accounts
The standard hosting account is an Unmanaged account. No maintenance or
servicing of the account will be carried out by minihub technicians. The
management of the account is entirely the responsibility of the account
holder.
The level of Support and service provided free to unmanaged
accounts includes the following:
Initial setup and configuration instructions and assistance.
Enquiries to Technical support for server or connection problems.
Service and support needed for problems arising from changes made by minihub
technicians to servers or systems.
General enquiries and service difficulties.
Not included:
Manipulation, maintenance or service of website by minihub technicians.
Maintenance or debugging of scripts and databases deployed by account
holder.
Managed Accounts:
Holders of Managed Accounts are entitled to 1 hour's support, service
and maintenance work carried out on their website(s) by minihub technicians
per month, to keep it at optimal configuration and to run any other tasks
specified by the account holder or considered desirable by minihub technicians.
This only includes backend work not html or php scripting.
This hour's support, service and maintenance is outside and on top of
the support and service level provided to unmanaged accounts.
